We listen to your current concerns, such as digestion, appetite or a child's growth, and look at your condition and lifestyle. After the consultation we decide on the prescription, and our doctor weighs and combines the herbs to match it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do a blood test before prescribing herbal medicine?
Only when needed. After the consultation, we check blood sugar, cholesterol and values related to liver and kidney function, and use them for your prescription.
How long do I take it?
We prescribe in 2-week portions and adjust the duration while checking how you change. It depends on your goal and condition, so we discuss it at your consultation.
How many times a day, and when?
Custom herbal medicine is usually taken 2–3 times a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals. For products such as Gongjindan and Gyeongokgo, follow the instructions provided with them.
Can children take it?
Yes. We prescribe after first checking the child's age and condition. We do not simply use an adult dose; we set an amount and method suited to the child.
