Our doctors prepare it personally.

Adjusting herbs and doses to your condition is called gagam. Every herb and every dose reflects the intent of the prescription.

So that no small difference is missed, our doctors weigh and prepare the herbs personally.

We prescribe in 2-week portions.

We do not prescribe everything at once. We check how you respond over 2 weeks and reflect any changes in your next prescription.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do a blood test before prescribing herbal medicine?

Only when needed. After the consultation, we check blood sugar, cholesterol and values related to liver and kidney function, and use them for your prescription.

How long do I take it?

We prescribe in 2-week portions and adjust the duration while checking how you change. It depends on your goal and condition, so we discuss it at your consultation.

How many times a day, and when?

Custom herbal medicine is usually taken 2–3 times a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals. For products such as Gongjindan and Gyeongokgo, follow the instructions provided with them.

Can children take it?

Yes. We prescribe after first checking the child's age and condition. We do not simply use an adult dose; we set an amount and method suited to the child.
